When reserving a table at The Apple Inn via Sugarvine software, information about you from sales transactions may be retained by the Sugarvine system.

The Apple Inn may periodically send promotional emails containing content such as special offers, new menus, events and news. As part of the registration process to subscribe to our e-Newsletter, we ask you for your name and email address. Our email data is hosted and distributed by MailChimp. Google Analytics
When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to identify things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

The Apple Inn website uses cookies which helps us identify and track visitors and their website access preferences. Those visitors to who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before visiting our website.

All personal data is processed by The Apple Inn in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the EU.
